Shipping Policy – Ataad Store

At Ataad, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. We aim to provide a smooth and convenient shipping experience for all our customers within the Sultanate of Oman.

Shipping Areas

We currently deliver to all governorates in the Sultanate of Oman, including major cities such as:
Muscat, Sohar, Salalah, Nizwa, Ibri, Sur, Buraimi, and more.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Within Muscat Governorate:
    1 to 2 business days

  • Other governorates:
    2 to 5 business days, depending on the location.

Our business days are from Sunday to Thursday, excluding official holidays.

Shipping Fees

  • Muscat Governorate:
    OMR 2.000

  • Other governorates:
    OMR 3.000 – 4.000, depending on the area.

Final shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Express Delivery Service

We offer express delivery within Muscat for an additional fee starting from OMR 3.000, depending on the time and location.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid any delays.

  • If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will contact you to arrange an alternative time (additional re-delivery fees may apply).

  • If the issue is on our end (wrong or damaged product), we will cover all shipping and replacement costs at no extra charge.
